It\u2019s Saturday and although I still have much baking and cooking, HomesSchool prepping, treating people and visiting to do today, I have a minute to post some photos of the last week. Francois is visiting a church plant team south of us \u2013 no photos of that yet!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> The week started with a trip to our \u201cbig\u201d town an hour\u2019s drive away. On the way back, before I even left town it started to rain \u2013 buckets and buckets full all at once! Within minutes the \u201cmain road\u201d in town resembled a river and soon it became quite an adventure to wade through the mud and rain, hoping the car would somehow not lose traction in the torrent! I did find the car becoming stuck a few times, but prayer kept me going!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> If the road became a river within minutes, the people resembled drenched chickens within seconds!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> About the only living things NOT miserable and shivering in the rain were the ducks! The heading therefore refers to them! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a> My friend Elin says she prefer to drive in snow and on icy roads than on mud. I would never be able to do that! What would you prefer? I guess it\u2019s a question of what one\u2019s used to. As for me, I much prefer the mud! However slippery and sticky it becomes, at least I have some experience driving in and through it by now! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
