Gracie
How is it possible that over 5 months have gone by since the arrival of our little girl? She is doing very well and growing and learning lots! She hit the 12 pound mark last week and continues to be a smiley, happy baby. We are so blessed by our little Grace.
Conference
This weekend is the annual Residential Conference here at North Cotes. The conference is fully booked with over 200 people coming to hear about the work of New Tribes Mission around the world. Please pray that many will be challenged to actively participate in what God is doing through NTM.
Change in Plans
As you know, our original intention after getting married was to have Dar Gail complete the training and then return to PNG. God changed those plans along the way when we were asked to stay and serve here at North Cotes. This worked well with the need for Dar Gail to obtain British citizenship, so we decided to stay for 3 years.
Once again as we have been moving forward, God has re-directed us. As we have taken steps towards going to PNG, God has impressed on our hearts the hole that we will be leaving here at North Cotes. After much prayer and consideration, and in harmony with leadership and our sending churches, we have decided to stay here in North Cotes for the foreseeable future.
While we are excited about the ministry God has for us here, it has also been a struggle to realize we are not going to PNG. Our hearts are torn as we do have a burden for the work there as well. However, we know that as we labour here, we are still involved in reaching the unreached for Christ.
Thank You
Thank you all so very much for your love and support. It is an amazing blessing to be a part of the Body of Christ!
