The Member Services office is a part of the Personnel Department.\u00a0\u00a0 We exist to serve our missionaries, enabling them to serve the Lord in Field ministries in an undistracted manner.\u00a0\u00a0 Member Services is responsible for many areas. Here is a brief sketch of what some of our responsibilities are.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong><strong>MEMBER SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We do\u00a0a great deal of data entry, and keep the personnel files up to date. This includes both \u201con and off\u201d field information such as address updates, family updates, and updating of missionaries\u2019 ministry history.<\/p>\n<p>We send our missionaries who are on Home Assignment a packet of information and resources for their time home.\u00a0 We contact them during their time home to make sure they are doing alright, and offer encouragement or resources to them.<\/p>\n<p>In order to serve our missionaries, whether on or off the field, we write\u00a0letters of verification as needed for various\u00a0things from Jury duty excuse\u00a0to mortgage, education, or citizenship\u00a0verifications.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Some of our responsibilities are to help our missionaries through transitions.\u00a0 Coming into the mission family, leaving the mission family, adding new fmaily members, offering condolences when a loved on passes away.\u00a0 Helping our missionaries\u00a0when the time comes for them to retire.\u00a0 These are some of the areas of transitions we desire to be a help and encouragement to our members in.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRANSITIONING MISSIONARIES<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For those missionaries coming into the work, a member of our team is heading up the \u201ccoaching\u201d of our missionaries that are between the training and leaving for the\u00a0field.\u00a0\u00a0 Other missionaries may be changing ministries or fields of service and we seek to provide them with direction and encouragement as they transition.<\/p>\n<p>All of our office work and record keeping is to forward the effort of tribal evangelism.\u00a0 Without the support framework behind the &#8220;front-line&#8221; missionaries in the tribal works, the work would be incomplete and suffer set-backs.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for being a part of this team of reaching the world with the Gospel.\u00a0 We appreciate your part on our team.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Where we are Serving Now NTM HOME OFFICES &#8211; SANFORD FLORIDA We are currently serving in the Personnel Department at NTM Home Offices.
