Our goal is to encourage and enable missionaries to complete the work that God has given them by providing the support needed from the Personnel Dept.<br \/>\nNew Tribes Mission\u2019s Personnel Department focuses on NTM\u2019s most valuable asset, NTM missionaries. Our goal is to provide the logistical support each NTM missionary needs in the following ways:<br \/>\n\u2022\tAssisting and encouraging missionaries during times of transition<br \/>\no\tNew missionaries<br \/>\no\tMissionaries re-entering the USA for times of Home Assignment<br \/>\no\tMissionaries returning to their field of service<br \/>\no\tMissionaries with changes in their families or addresses<br \/>\no\tMissionaries changing fields<br \/>\no\tMissionaries changing ministries<br \/>\no\tRetiring missionaries<br \/>\no\tMissionaries who are resigning from NTM<br \/>\n\u2022\tAssisting supporting churches, organizations and individuals<br \/>\no\tProviding information about various kinds of support needed by their missionaries.<br \/>\no\tCoordinating special support during times of transition.<br \/>\no\tProviding communication support between missionaries and supporters.<br \/>\n\u2022\tAssisting in personnel allocation.<br \/>\n\u2022\tHandling regulatory compliance for the missionaries and NTM-like being a government representative would be on the field, only here in the US.<br \/>\n\u2022\tProviding needed documentation and communication with other organizations and government entities.<\/p>\n<p>Along with our responsibilities as a part of NTM\u2019s Personnel Dept, we are also involved in MK and Friends youth group. This group provides MKs an opportunity to work together and study God\u2019s Word as part of a local youth group. They also are encouraged to reach out to their friends with the gospel.  We are excited to see new kids coming out, and as a group graduates each year, many are choosing to be involved in Bible School training or further Christian Education or service.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is a privilege to be involved in reaching people with the gospel and church planting among people groups that have not had the opportunity to hear God\u2019s Word.
