What a month this has B<\/strong>een!  Thank so much for standing B<\/strong>y us in prayer!  We certainly appreciate it B<\/strong>unches!  Seems like lots of B <\/strong>things have gone B<\/strong>y us this month, so I thought I would B<\/strong>ring some of them to your attention!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As you know, the tropical storm Fay went B<\/strong>y us in August, yet she left us some water damage to B<\/strong>e dealing with,  As we worked through the repairs on our family room wall, we found several things to B<\/strong>e "not so happy aB<\/strong>out".  B<\/strong>UGS! (termites).  As we probed into more areas of the room, we found more areas the b<\/strong>ugs had eaten for a B<\/strong>edtime snack!  The normal repairs took on a B<\/strong>igger part of the picture and B<\/strong>y the time we were done, we have replaced the following: 3 windows, B<\/strong>oth doors, the ceiling, insulation, drywall on the walls and a B<\/strong>it of the siding. The carpet had just<\/em> B<\/strong>een replaced B<\/strong>efore Fay came through!  Thanks for joining us on prayer for this one.  There were certainly aB<\/strong>ove average and  unexpected expenses for this.<\/p>\n

The annual B<\/strong>each Retreat for the Home Office staff was a real treat for our family.   Our Youth Group B<\/strong>unch of kids had a great time, and B<\/strong>eing with them added another dimension to the retreat.  B<\/strong>rett and DeBB<\/strong>y came up for the weekend and B<\/strong>rought B<\/strong>aB<\/strong>y Chloe.  She is just over a month now, and a real cutie!  She is doing well.  (Take a look at our pictures if you would like!)  She is as cute as a B<\/strong>ug (B<\/strong>ut not a B<\/strong>ad termite B<\/strong>ug!)!<\/p>\n

The B<\/strong>rothers in our family are doing well.  David and Tim are having a good school year.  David is enjoying the freedoms of doing home schooling, and Virtual school.  He is B<\/strong>alancing his schedule pretty well.  He still needs to Be placed in two classes, so we have plenty to do with Him.  He practices guitar and in involved in a couple of B<\/strong>iB<\/strong>le studies each week with his B<\/strong>est friends.  Tim is on the B<\/strong>asketB<\/strong>all team.  He loves school and gets a good workout after school at BB<\/strong> practice each day.  Games start in NovemB<\/strong>er.<\/p>\n

Linda had a toothach in Michigan this summer and this B<\/strong>ad tooth finally showed that it needed treatment.  She had a root canal today, and had to get extra "numzit" stuff!   OW!! IT was the most painful she has had so far.<\/p>\n

B<\/strong>eka is doing B<\/strong>eautifully at B<\/strong>iB<\/strong>le school.  We hear good reports from lots of different sources that she is a B<\/strong>lessing and doing well.  (We never douB<\/strong>ted she wouldn’t.)  She loves to get mail too!   She checks her B<\/strong>ox on a regular B<\/strong>asis!  She still has B<\/strong>outs of homesickness, ocassionally, so feel free to write her! and please pray for her.  Thanks!<\/p>\n

Our Online B<\/strong>ook B<\/strong>usiness keeps us B<\/strong>usy, as do our ministries and all.  Thanks for your prayers that we will B<\/strong>e B<\/strong>alanced, and have wisdom in our work and financial management. <\/p>\n

Thanks for your part on our team.  We are B<\/strong>lessed By your faithfulness, your encouragement, and faithful prayers on our B<\/strong>ehalf.  We could not B<\/strong>e here without you standing B<\/strong>eside us in ministry.  We find ourselves B<\/strong>efore the Lord continually, as we look to Him to provide our needs.  Thanks much for joining us in prayer.<\/p>\n
