I have four different Bible versions on the shelf in my office, and another one on my Kindle. At home I have five more translations. On my way to church this morning, I passed a dozen other churches. The county I live in has nearly 300 churches. I know thousands of Christians who are from my culture and speak my language.
She has none of that.
Does God really love her?
Jesus Christ died for me, a sinner. He died for you, too. Because men and women have been faithful to share and to teach, you and I have the opportunity to be His disciples.
She doesn’t have that opportunity. I met her when I visited her people in Africa – they’re one of five unreached people groups living around a major city in West Africa.
Does God really love her?
He most certainly does.
Thing is, He’s given you and me the task of proving that to her.
How are we doing? How are we doing, when there are still millions of men, women and children with no opportunity to know Him? We can’t do everything, but each of us can something. And we must allow the Spirit to constantly challenge us to do more, and trust Him to do it through us.
How are we doing with that?
Because God loves her. And it’s high time she – and everyone else in the world – had the opportunity to know that.
