You got a huge compliment on June 4. <\/p>\n

It just took me a while to realize it.<\/p>\n

That was the day the online version of World magazine ran an article about uncontacted tribes in the Amazon rainforest. More specifically, about evangelizing uncontacted tribes. And the one organization they chose to mention was New Tribes Mission.<\/p>\n

That’s quite a compliment for you.<\/p>\n

Ten years ago, when I had the opportunity to join the team here at New Tribes Mission, people frequently said we were the best-kept secret in missions. Despite the fact that NTM has 3,000 missionaries in Africa, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region, few people had ever even heard of NTM.<\/p>\n

Now a major Christian media outlet is telling people about what we do. The work that you’ve been part of – the part you’ve played in our ministry – has been effective.<\/p>\n

Give yourself a round of applause!<\/p>\n

And not just because more people now know what New Tribes Mission does.<\/p>\n

Because the more people know about NTM, the more opportunities are being presented to help unreached tribal know Him. The more tribal people know God, the more are giving Him the worship He deserves.<\/p>\n

And it gets better.<\/p>\n

This fall, a large number of Christian radio stations begin airing one-minute inspiring stories that our folks have created, which helps more people get involved with the work God is doing.<\/p>\n

We’re also releasing a new video, FLIGHT, and this coming fall and winter I’ll be involved in two more video projects. I’ll let you know how you can be part of those projects, too, as more details get worked out.<\/p>\n

I am so in awe of the privilege of being part of the work God is doing. I hope you are too. I am certainly grateful for faithful partners like you, whose prayers, giving and encouragement enable us to keep serving.<\/p>\n
