"Moments

Do you remember the story of Piyando, whose life God changed radically?

If not, here it is >>

Do you think that would make a powerful video? Yeah, we did too.

So in less than two weeks a six-member team heads to one of the most remote parts of the world – deep in the Indonesian rainforest – to get the footage we need to tell that story on video.

Oh, yeah, and I’m part of that team. That means you are helping to make this video. Thanks!

More specifically:

You’ve been praying about a digital camera system, and it appears God’s answer is no. Thank you!

People such as you have provided $400 toward our ministry-related travel expenses. Thank you!

Here are three remaining opportunities:

$150 for luggage: I took a rollaway bag to Papua New Guinea in 2005, and I doubt it’ll survive another trip, even if it was suitable for this one.

$150 for trail shoes: My 40-pound weight allowance should be sufficient if I have one pair of shoes suitable for travel and for two weeks in rugged, wet, muddy terrain.

$200 for miscellaneous expenses: This covers things like food, some clothing, bug repellent, travel accessories, etc.

You can take advantage of these opportunities online >>

Thanks for your continuing prayers and support. We’ve also added some prayer updates online >>
