Like international travel, true love, a pair of shoes that really fit &hellip;<\/p>\n<p>Malaria is not on that list.<\/p>\n<p>I returned from a very successful trip to Indonesia on Wednesday, Dec. 3. But two days later things went from bad to worse, and when it became clear I had something more than jet lag, Julie took me to the emergency room. Malaria was the eventual diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>Today I just got back from a doctor&rsquo;s follow-up appointment. I am basically feeling well, but I am weak and tire easily. While full recovery will take some time, I am getting back into the swing of things &ndash; including writing to update you!<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for all your prayers for and help with the trip to Indonesia. <\/p>\n<p>Please be in prayer about our finances. We had more than $500 in unfunded ministry expenses in November, and our income was at the same time almost $1,000 lower than normal.
