Crush zone in case of accident? That\u2019d be \u2026 you.<\/p>\n<p>And they\u2019re driven on streets where the lane markings \u2013 and even the idea that you drive on the left &#8212; are just kind of suggestions, for people who don\u2019t seem to want suggestions.<\/p>\n<p>But I found it to be a rather un-scary experience.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s probably because I\u2019m tall. My eyes end up almost entirely in the canopy that covers the driver and the passengers, and I can\u2019t see most of the things we almost collide with.<\/p>\n<p>Ah well \u2013 any <em>tuktuk<\/em> ride you walk away from is a good <em>tuktuk<\/em> ride.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It wasn\u2019t nearly as scary to ride in a tuktuk as you\u2019d think it\u2019d be.
