What\u2019s forgiveness?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jon doesn\u2019t know.<\/p>\n

Jon is helping missionary Lane Sanford translate Scripture passages into his language. Lane needed his help finding a way to express forgiveness, so he had to explain it to Jon.<\/p>\n

Jon eventually understood, then told Lane, \u201cI have no idea what forgiveness truly is, and neither does anyone else here.\u201d<\/p>\n

Are you awestruck that God made you in His image?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bernard is just getting to know the great and mighty Creator, and he couldn\u2019t believe it.<\/p>\n

As he and missionary Chris Lujan prepared Bible lessons for his people, he said, \u201cChris you have to make this clear. We just don’t understand. The things that you have shared with me are brand new to us.\u201d<\/p>\n

Do you often think about what a great opportunity it is to hear God\u2019s Word in your own language?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jon and Bernard and their people \u2013 the Siars of Papua New Guinea \u2013 will get that opportunity this summer.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt looks like some time in July might work,\u201d Chris wrote. \u201cPlease be praying for us, that God would give us direction and insight to the best teaching time and location.\u201d<\/p>\n
