In his village, he had helped missionaries learn his language, and he had come to know Christ.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we get this type of application,\u201d wrote Virgil Holt, who until recently ministered at the Bible school, \u201cwe wonder \u2026 if they would be better off studying with the missionaries in their native language.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But the school admitted Vicente, and <!--more-->Virgil is glad they did.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVicente not only excelled in the curriculum, he did it while translating Galatians to his own language,\u201d Virgil wrote.<\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s just the beginning of what God is doing.<\/p>\n<p>Missionaries John and Linda Steinbacker, who used to work in a Guarijio village, are now working among Guarijios in Chihuahua. And Vicente is taking a key role in that.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVicente was thrilled with the chance to teach someone in his own language,\u201d wrote the Steinbachers, adding that he is a gifted teacher.
