{"id":4667,"date":"2012-11-12T07:07:31","date_gmt":"2012-11-12T11:07:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/ian-fallis\/?p=4667"},"modified":"2012-11-12T07:07:31","modified_gmt":"2012-11-12T11:07:31","slug":"halfway-there","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/ian-fallis\/2012\/11\/12\/halfway-there\/","title":{"rendered":"Halfway there"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This morning finds us in Dublin, Virginia, a little more than halfway to Pennsylvania, where I\u2019ll take part in a conference Tuesday through Friday.<\/p>\n<p>For New Tribes Mission to play its role in completing the Great Commission in this generation, we need to send more people out to establish churches among unreached people groups. And to do that, we need more church planters coming into our training and more experienced people stepping into support roles, such as teachers and journeyman writers and accountants and IT professionals and electricians.<\/p>\n<p>Helping people get involved is one of the highest priorities of the folks who serve as NTM representatives across the country, and I\u2019m going to be at their conference to find out how we can best help them.<\/p>\n<p>We want to find out what they\u2019ve learned, so we can give them the printed materials, the websites \u2013 perhaps even the smartphone and tablet apps \u2013 that will help people take that important step into becoming missionaries.<\/p>\n<p>Pray for today\u2019s travel north. The car, though a bit cramped, held up well the first day. Pray for a productive time at this conference.
