We&#8217;re having a wonderful time reconnecting with missionaries who serve, literally, around the world, and are being enriched by some world-class teaching from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dts.edu\/about\/faculty\/mbailey\/\">Dr. Mark L. Bailey, president of Dallas Theological Seminary.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>But perhaps you are wondering about our car &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Today, the mechanic on staff here is supposed to get a rebuilt power steering pump and put it in. It appears we will be paying only for parts and supplies &#8212; which is a huge help to our budget.<\/p>\n<p>I still think we need a newer, larger vehicle. But until (or unless) God decides it&#8217;s time, I&#8217;ll be thankful for what He has provided and what He is doing to keep this one on the road.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of which, we head home Friday and Saturday, and would appreciate your prayers once again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well, Julie and I are in the second day of our conference here, and all is going well.
