In November. Florida is warm. Pennsylvania is not. Really, really not.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re here because the men and women who represent New Tribes Mission in churches, on college campuses, in conferences and concerts and other place are gathered here this week for updates and refreshment. Also here are two of NTM\u2019s primary leaders \u2013 Larry Brown, president of NTM USA, and Larry Goring, direction of our International Ministries Team.<\/p>\n<p>What am I doing here? Well, besides freezing, I\u2019m here to talk with our representatives about how we can work well together. Our Communications team is charged with more than just putting materials together for the representatives to use; we\u2019re charged with distilling and presenting NTM\u2019s message, visually and verbally. Our team\u2019s preference is to foster teamwork by inspiring people to work with us and delivering quality products they want to use.<\/p>\n<p>The better we can work together to use the message and develop the materials the representatives need \u2013 be that displays or brochures or websites or email blasts or apps \u2013 the more effective we\u2019ll all be.<\/p>\n<p>Please pray for Jerry Lehman and me as we make our presentation tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. today.
