We’ve been hanging out with them since last August, and by the end of the semester, they said they wanted to start a Bible study. These guys are not believers and do not have a church background, so seeing their desire to dig into the Bible was awesome!

We’re reading through a book called Good and Evil, which is actually a collection of 11 comic books that takes you from creation to Christ! It’s so cool, and the guys love it. Going through the stories in order will help them see the Bible as one big story with one main theme!

We covered a lot of ground and went through who God is, creation, and the fall! We had a great time, and they asked tons of insightful questions! Today we went through Cain and Abel and Noah and the flood. When talking about God requiring a blood sacrifice from Cain and Abel, Chris said, “Jack, I think I get it. God required a blood sacrifice, and that’s why Jesus had to come and die. His blood pays for all our sins!” How insightful is that?!

Please pray for Chris, Jonas and Ryan as we continue through this study. Also pray for me as I prepare for this week’s lesson: Cain and Abel, and Noah and the flood.

Thanks again for reading!

Last week was crazy busy, but a lot of great things happened!
