Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! We know, We know, we have our dates a bit wrong… but Canadian Thanksgiving was Oct 10th and American Thanksgiving will be Nov 24th. So we are a bit confused! 🙂 We did enjoy a delicious meal as we celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving with fellow Canadians at the NTM Center a few weeks ago. And we are looking forward to celebrating once again!
All these Thanksgiving celebrations makes us think that God wants us to be more thankful. In our busy daily lives sometimes we forgot about all that God has done for us and all He has provided for us. When we do have a day to sit back and relax and enjoy Him, it is so encouraging to just dwell on all that we are thankful for…
The many years that God has been faithful to grow us in Him and bring us together as a couple!
Loving families at home who encourage, pray and support us here in PNG!
Wonderful friends here and at home who also encourage, pray and support us!
The opportunity to be a part of Interface, watching God work in so many ways in people’s lives!
The opportunity to serve here at Interface doing what we love to do… cooking and maintenance!
The Opportunity to be amongst the Bena people and watch all that God is doing!
Being surrounded by such beauty every day, here in the mountains of PNG!
A beautiful home, fresh organic food :), and the best tasting well water! 🙂
God’s Amazing faithfulness, love and grace!
And Beth is thankful that she can celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving now because she waits until after Thanksgiving to start listening to Christmas music. But now Thanksgiving is a lot earlier. 🙂 So the Christmas music is playing! But the Christmas decorations still have to wait a few weeks! 🙂

“When I think of the wisdom and scope of God’s plan, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious unlimited resources he will give you mighty inner strength through his Holy Spirit. And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God’s marvelous love. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high and how deep his love really is. May you experience the love of Christ, through it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now glory be to God! By his mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope. May he be given glory in the church and in Christ Jesus forever and ever through endless ages. Amen.” Ephesians 4:14-21
