\nYummy! all natural homemade apple pie!<\/p>\n
We wanted to say \u201cHappy Thanksgiving!\u201d to all our American friends and family! We have enjoyed a nice Thanksgiving weekend here in the Highlands with lots of yummy food and friends and fellowship. This year we are so thankful for health. Thankful for God\u2019s protection through my accident. Thankful for the doctors, nurses and physical therapist here in the Highlands at our missions center. If we didn\u2019t have such good care here, we would still be in Australia. We are so thankful to be back in PNG! I have graduated to a cane! I am even walking up and down the hill, very very slowly and getting around by myself! We had hopes to return to the Sepik on Nov 29th but the doctor and physical therapist have agreed that my leg is too weak. So they have said that by the next flight home to the Sepik, Dec 13th, I will be ready to go. We look forward to getting home after being away for 3 months!<\/p>\n
Thank you all for you prayers for me and my family through our medevac and recovery! Please pray for full recovery in the next weeks and months to come. We also want to ask for your prayers as we return home to the Sepik after being gone for 3 months. Pray that we can settle back into a good routine there. Pray also for wisdom for me as I start work, balancing how much my leg can do with resting and exercising my leg. We look forward to all that God has for us as we head back! And we are thankful that we can continue to be a part of what God is doing in the Sepik of Papua New Guinea!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
