New life and death stands so close together; so our encouragement is; to be ready\u2026<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: NL;\" lang=\"NL\">Het is goed om oud zowel als jong te zien. Leven en dood staan hier zo dicht naast elkaar; vandaar ook dat onze aanmoediging blijft, om er klaar voor te zijn&#8230; <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-none\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jan-wols\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/552\/files\/2014_1\/children-literacy2.jpg\" alt=\"children-literacy2\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Our visitor-teacher got the children together for a week of school. School here is still not something that is the norm, so there is still need for Literacy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: NL;\" lang=\"NL\">Onze gast (onderwijzeres) brengt de kinderen een week lang bijeen. School is hier niet zo vanzelfsprekend. Daarom is alfabetisering nog steeds hard nodig.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-none\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jan-wols\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/552\/files\/2014_1\/children-literacy-colage.jpg\" alt=\"children-literacy-colage\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Before \u201cspear and shield\u201d were used as weapons against their enemies. The new generation only use them as toys for their cultural dances.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-none\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jan-wols\/wp-content\/blogs.dir\/552\/files\/2014_1\/traditional-dance-spear-sheald.jpg\" alt=\"traditional-dance-spear-sheald\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: NL;\" lang=\"NL\">De \u201cSpeer en het Schild\u201d waren oorlogswerktuigen.
