“Thirty-Five Years Later”

August 1, 2009 by Jared and Diana Jantz

J & D - waukesha - 2010As we walked through the halls of the building his mind went into reverse.   He had arrived here as a young man, but this was not how he remembered it.  The colors of decor were different now.  Walls had been moved and placement of doors had been changed.  Rooms that were once offices are now dorms and some dorm rooms are now offices.   He is a little bit older and a little bit greyer, but he comes this time with a whole lot of experience in ministry and a wife of thirty-four years.

Jared and I have asked to extend our time in the states and a place of ministry has opened up to us.  We will be joining the team at our Bible School in Wisconsin.  Jared will be working on the maintenance crew and I will be helping in the Childcare Department, caring for the children of students who are studying here at the school.  We count it a blessing and a privilege to serve in this way knowing that God has given this to us for this time.

Pray for us as we make this change; after being thirty years in Paraguay it will certainly be an adjustment.
