Thumbs Up for the Workshop!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The week following graduation the staff here at NTBI had the privilege to participate in a Workshop on sharpening our interpersonal skills.\u00a0 <\/span>There were several sessions each day and although the subject matter was helpful and humbling at times, there was so much to absorb.\u00a0 <\/span>We found ourselves being on \u201cmaterial mental overload\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

It was good to be reminded that Love is the Goal in all we do and say.\u00a0 We are thankful for God\u2019s Word and what it teaches concerning \u2026 lovingly encouraging, lovingly confronting, lovingly forgiving, and lovingly allowing people to grieve.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

More "workshop talk" during the break!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

So \u2026 was the week-long workshop worth the \u201cmaterial mental overload\u201d?\u00a0 <\/span>It sure was; and our hearts were blessed by the workshop leaders who came alongside and encouraged us to begin with small steps!<\/p>\n
