the second child (son) to our oldest daughter and her husband.\u00a0 We were amazed at how much he looks like his older brother in this newborn stage.\u00a0 It was as if we were back in the past, two years ago, meeting the same little boy!<\/p>\n<p>We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them &#8211; catching up on their lives and them catching up on ours.\u00a0 But the play time and cuddle time with the &#8220;boys&#8221; were the highlights.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1294\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1294\" style=\"width: 176px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jared-jantz\/files\/2013\/10\/Misc-Sort-2013-1061.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1294\" title=\"Misc - Sort 2013 106\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jared-jantz\/files\/2013\/10\/Misc-Sort-2013-1061-222x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"176\" height=\"238\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jared-jantz\/files\/2013\/10\/Misc-Sort-2013-1061-222x300.jpg 222w, https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jared-jantz\/files\/2013\/10\/Misc-Sort-2013-1061-759x1024.jpg 759w, https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jared-jantz\/files\/2013\/10\/Misc-Sort-2013-1061-370x500.jpg 370w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 176px) 100vw, 176px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1294\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Grandpa and Aiden<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Although we skype with our older grandson, who is now two, it seems to always take a few days for him to &#8220;know&#8221; us again when we visit.\u00a0 But once we get down on the floor and rev the cars, build towers with blocks, or sit and work puzzles together we are so &#8220;in&#8221; his world.\u00a0 The joy on his sweet face just melts this grandma&#8217;s heart; and the deep belly laugh that he gives his grandpa when he is tossed in the air and over his shoulders is a beautiful sound to hear.<\/p>\n<p>Our hearts were encouraged as we watched our older grandson learning to love his brother at such a young age.\u00a0 He was tender with him, wanting to hold him and very willing to give him kisses.\u00a0 He also wanted to wrestle with him but that is where his mama drew the line explaining that he would have to wait a few years for that.\u00a0 He truly is a huge help to his mama and daddy in caring for this newest member to his family.\u00a0 What a joy to see!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our hearts were blessed as we recently met our newest grand-baby who was born in September.\u00a0 He is the third for us &#8211;
