Diana's Mom<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

“We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord.”\u00a0\u00a0 2 Corinthians 5:8<\/em><\/p>\n

Thank you for praying for us over these summer months.\u00a0 It was a joy to be home in NE with family.\u00a0 Jared and I saw it as orchestrated by God.\u00a0 It was hard to see my (Diana) mama so sick\u00a0 with cancer but we were glad to be there with her and all my siblings.\u00a0 Daily we made \u201cmemories\u201d and it was neat to see all of us working together in one household.<\/p>\n

My mamas\u2019 home-going happened on July 14th, <\/sup>but before that date she was able to see and talk to all of her grandchildren and even her great-grandchildren.\u00a0 The Lord, her family, and her church were priorities in her life.\u00a0 She was so concerned about all of us right up to the end.<\/p>\n

I and my siblings are honored that God chose this woman to be our mother.\u00a0 We considered our lives with her pretty normal, which included ups and downs, but we also had an unwavering certainty that\u00a0 she was and always would be “in our corner”.\u00a0 She will be greatly missed.\u00a0 She was our hero.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
