\"\"What did ministry look like to us a few weeks ago?\u00a0 Being at the BI is not just about our office responsibilities or academics; it’s about community too!<\/p>\n

Staff, Interns, and students all take the opportunity to interact with each other and have a little bit of fun at times!<\/p>\n

Recently, our three families – Smiths, Steels, and us – who formerly served in Paraguay – hosted a game night for the Paraguayan MK’s (missionary kids) who are now on campus as students.\u00a0 Some of them came in and out throughout the evening due to homework, campus responsibilities, and outside jobs, but nonetheless, it was good to spend time with them outside of the classroom environment.\u00a0 It was also good for Jared and me to get to know these “newbies” since their parents came to the field after we had left.<\/p>\n

The night of fun, fellowship, and food was needful and enjoyed by all – this will definitely happen again!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
