A little jungle church with a BIG heart for missions!

April 9, 2008 by Jerry and Joyce McDaniels

the little church with a BIG heart for missions

Over the last ten years, the Kuna church of the village where we lived for many years has been very purposeful in reaching out to neighboring Kuna villages that have previously been closed to any Bible teaching.

Literacy classes opened doors and remember the miracle when last September two villages requested to hearĀ “God’s Book?” Kuna missionaries were sent into these two villages and they have been carefully, chronologically teaching through God’s Word, laying a foundation so the people will understand their need of the Savior.

Recently, we received an update about one of these works. About 50 adults and over 200 children are regularly attending the teaching. Pray for the two couples who are serving in this village as they are carrying quite a load. God has sent laborers into the harvest. Let’s be faithful to hold them up in prayer. Pray for a great harvest of souls as they hear and understand the Gospel for the first time.
