At the end of last month, we finished the filming of the 7 weeks of literacy training videos. Thanks so much for praying for this huge project! Now, it is in the hands of the editing team. We are so thankful for the resource these videos will be for missionary training and the consultants to use with teams in the fields.
Kuna literacy workshop
With the videos done, we jumped right into getting ready for our trip to Panama. This Wednesday we fly there to train Kuna literacy teachers. We also look forward to special times with our dear Kuna friends and the churches. There is a group of people coming from the village where we lived and worked. Others that will be at the workshop are the children and grandchildren of those with whom we served the Lord. What a joy to see generations of Kuna believers choosing to treasure God and His Word! Please pray for these things:
- Our final preparations and travels to Panama
- Health, strength, fluency in the language while there
- For all the people traveling from their villages for this literacy training. It is the rainy season in Panama and the roads out there can get difficult.
- For many opportunities to point people to God, that He would be glorified in every detail and word
