And what a wonder that He includes each of US as part of His amazing plan! We recently returned from M\u00e9xico and the missionary training center where candidates are prepared for missionary service around the world. We enjoyed wonderful times of fellowship and delicious Mexican food, including nopales (cactus leaves) with chilies, of course!<\/p>\n<p>For more pictures of our time in Mexico click on the photos tab and look in the first album, \u201cOur Last Trip.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Next we&#8217;ll be traveling to the missionary training center in Canada to do the same training, but in English. Would you cover us in prayer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>That we would continue to be excited and passionate as we teach the materials<\/li>\n<li>That the students would not only come away understanding the importance of literacy in church planting ministries, but that they would gain a deeper appreciation for God\u2019s Written Word in their lives today!<\/li>\n<li>For the literacy course instructor there in Canada who will be leading this training in the future. We have been given excellent people to train and know she\u2019ll do a great job.<\/li>\n<li>For health and strength as we change climates again\u2026this time to snow!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Because we\u2019ve been able to do so much training during these last two years, our travels should be able to slow down some! Next year we have 3 trips planned: Asia-Pacific, Nigeria and Brazil. Between those trips we will begin working on revising the Literacy Manual so it can be updated to reflect the ways that the literacy consultants are working with teams on the fields, using the new software.
