Buying the tickets is just the beginning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Paperwork & passports<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nSome countries require visas or special permissions, which means paperwork\u2014at times even mailing our passports ahead of time for processing. It\u2019s the kind of detail that must be done early, carefully, and correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Airport logistics<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nOnce travel is set, there\u2019s the question of getting to and from the airport. Coordinating rides, timing arrivals, and making sure every leg of the journey is covered takes thoughtful planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Guest housing on the field<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nWhen we arrive, we don\u2019t stay in hotels. We stay with missionary families or in guest housing on the field. That means coordinating lodging, meals, transportation, and schedules with the teams who host us\u2014another layer of communication and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Travel into remote locations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\nMost workshops take place far from major cities. Getting there often involves long drives, rugged roads, or multiple transfers. Each step requires planning, flexibility, and a good sense of humor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
