those are the girls’ life jackets i am carrying, because we hiked to a swimming hole.\u00a0 the water was cold and clear and slow-moving; you could see the brown bottom and leaves and fish in it.\u00a0 but we didn’t get any pictures of that because we were busy playing with the girls and trying to keep Isaiah from squirming away; he kept trying to swim off on his own.\u00a0 and we couldn’t stay long; we had to make it a short swim because it took so long getting there and back.\u00a0 we were very sheepish when got back because people were looking for us already.<\/p>\n

She saw a little bit of dark glimmering water through the vegetation.\u00a0 It was a corner of “the alligator pond” where Jevon speared an alligator when he was in seventh grade.<\/p>\n

crossing a swampy part on thin little fallen logs.\u00a0 the ground looks all innocent but if you step on it – “shwoop!” your foot goes under.\u00a0 i found out by experience.<\/p>\n

that’s the end of the pictures.\u00a0 hopefully we’ll be able to take more of life as we know it now.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
