Praise: 1. for a completely translated Dom New Testament and a very encouraging final consultant check. (Still need to do checking of Revelation and Philemon) 2. For the faithful who continue to attend Bible teaching. 3. For a great start in language and culture study for Gerolf and Mailis. 4. For continued local tensions. 5. For 33 years of marriage!
Pray: 1. for the comprehension checking of Revelation. That it will be completed in time for checking later this year, Lord willing. 2. That those believers who have backslidden will return to fellowship with the Lord and with us. 3. For the Wuests as they will be coming to some rather hard Dom grammar soon. 4. For God’s enabling during these next two years of language study. 5. For peace and stability in these next days and weeks when a winner is declared for the local council seat. 6. For no landslides from all the rain if that be God’s will. 7. For our adult children and 4 grandchildren. 8. For us as we begin reading through all of the translation for spelling accuracy, grammar, page setup decisions as to how to print it, etc. Exciting days ahead.
