{"id":608,"date":"2016-11-08T01:18:31","date_gmt":"2016-11-08T05:18:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jim-burdett\/?p=608"},"modified":"2016-11-08T01:18:31","modified_gmt":"2016-11-08T05:18:31","slug":"dile-our-cancer-patient","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/jim-burdett\/2016\/11\/08\/dile-our-cancer-patient\/","title":{"rendered":"Dile, our cancer patient"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Please continue to pray for Dile. \u00a0He is still able to drink very thin soup so we are making him drinks of sweet potatoes, beans, pumpkin and chicken. \u00a0Helps his stomach to feel fuller and is more pleasant than just broth. \u00a0Jim and Gerolf continue to go over every day, taking turns, to read scripture to him. \u00a0He tried to take literacy many years ago, but just found it too difficult so he cannot read scripture on his own. \u00a0But last year Martin Lamb came as we were not able to be here and the Wuests were also on Home Assignment, so he gave out the Bibles. \u00a0Dile wanted one.<\/p>\n<p>So you know who you are praying for, here are a couple of pictures of Dile. In the first picture, Dile is on the right.
