How do you view your day? From when you wake up, to when you lay your head down to rest how much do you see things from the perspective of what works out to be best for ME. I guess this would be best described as selfishness. I am amazed how easily selfishness works into all the cracks in my life. We see selfishness creeping in from how we train our children, to how we think of each other, to how we go about our plans. When it comes to ministry plans we desire to follow the Lord and serve him but sometimes we only want it to be done a certain way. For instance, Joe and I would like to find ourselves busy getting together with folks that want to join our team of prayer and financial partnership. We would like to be heading to the mission field of Brazil soon. This is our perspective we want things to go smooth, look like we are doing well, and serving the Lord in great ways. These things are not wrong on their own yet God is to be praised not us and he has a plan to use us as his tools for what he desires not always how we desire to be used. Right now we are seeking the Lord in how he wants to use us right now. We ask for your prayers as you stand behind us.
