I had been thinking that I should be investing in the life of another person, outside my family, in a discipleship roll. God had been impressing that on me \u00a0for about a week or two before the move. During the move there was a college student who seemed really genuine and I began thinking this was the guy the Lord wanted me to invest some time in! I had never met Logan before so I was apprehensive about approaching the conversation of discipleship with him, so I\u00a0didn&#8217;t.\u00a0 Every time I saw Logan after the move, I knew I needed to talk to him about getting together. Finally the Lord put us in a room together at church and I could not get away! So I asked Logan if he would be interested in getting together on a consistent basis! He said \u201cI have been praying about someone who can invest in my life on a consistent basis.\u201d \u00a0I was floored. I was putting off a direct answer to his prayer! Let us walk so in tune with the Spirit that at the end of the day we don\u2019t have to wonder what could have been. I am so thankful that I continued to cross paths with Logan and I had multiple chances to respond to God\u2019s leading!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You never know what is going to happen when you help friends move!
