5 months have flown by for us. We arrived in Brazil the end of February, Daniel burnt his hand, Studding hard on Portuguese, getting to know our church here and so on. But this last month we had the opportunity to get out of the rut of studding and classes. We visited another area of Brazil and were able to see what a typical Brazilian considers important in life. As most Brazilians are catholic, it is important for us to understand why the country spends so much time and energy in these festivals.<\/p>\n
