What a year 2016 has been, and things have yet to slow down!\u00a0 If I don\u2019t get this update written down now, well, I may never get it done.<\/p>\n

Since I returned to PNG in September, I have been quite busy.\u00a0 In the past 4 \u00bd months, I\u2019ve\u2026<\/p>\n

-attended crisis management training (while still jet lagged)<\/strong><\/p>\n

-made five trips to Lae to clear six containers<\/strong><\/p>\n

-driven about 2,000 miles to and from Lae<\/strong>\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

-driven over countless potholes, sinkholes, landslides, and one lane bridges<\/strong><\/p>\n

-driven around countless people, pigs, and vehicles on the wrong side of the two lane highway<\/strong><\/p>\n

-given out about two dozen sodas to pass through roadblocks<\/strong><\/p>\n

-taken part in about seven medevacs<\/strong><\/p>\n

-had to go to Australia myself for medical reasons \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

-taken over cash management in the Business office<\/strong><\/p>\n

-processed three auto accidents for the Field Insurance Department (which is me)<\/strong><\/p>\n

-processed the Customs documents for seven container loads, three vehicle imports, five crates (including two shipments of tribal Bibles), and nine plane loads of essential cargo<\/strong><\/p>\n

-helped import supplies for ten different missions organizations<\/strong><\/p>\n

-been audited by PNG Customs (and passed with flying colors)<\/strong><\/p>\n

-done a few other things that I\u2019ll remember later<\/strong><\/p>\n
