This is a really good thing, as it is better to be in on the inevitable changes now, then to be surprised by them later.<\/p>\n<p>But, perhaps the biggest challenge is the different time zones, as in being on the total opposite sides of the clock. PNG office hours start as I&#8217;m going to bed, and I tend to get up at the end of PNG&#8217;s day. This means that I may have to wait a day or more for an answer to a particular question.<\/p>\n<p>Happily, this has worked well enough, even with having to process 4 shipping containers and at least two crates.
