witchdoctor<\/li>\n<li>Demotions and unfair treatment<\/li>\n<li>Loss of employment<\/li>\n<li>Loss of wife and child<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are just some of the costs that new believers can face. \u00a0Over the past two weeks we have been walking alongside a new believer as he faces some really tough circumstances. \u00a0It is hard for me to believe as I think about how my parents rejoiced with me when I came to know the Lord. \u00a0Sometimes I forget how blessed I am. \u00a0It is difficult to see the suffering. \u00a0How does a new believer stand up to so much persecution? \u00a0I now know the answer to that question. \u00a0God gently carries him through. \u00a0I am seeing it happen right before my eyes. \u00a0I am reminded once again how amazing our God is. \u00a0Pray with us for
