We made it through the week of kids camp and I have wrestled all day to pick what to share as there is so much that I could share. \u00a0So I decided that I would break it up into two posts. \u00a0This first one will be more pictures and fun information the second on will be more details of what God did through our time there.<\/p>\n

How This Camp was Similar to Other Camps I Have Been To…<\/strong><\/p>\n

100 kids camp from all over to hear Gods truth<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
Their were times of teaching<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
We were broken up into small groups for discussion times<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
There were new dances to learn and new songs to sing<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
There was sports and games<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
There was time for crafts<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
There was crying all around when it was time to pack up and head home<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

How This Camp was Different From Any Other Camp I Have Ever Been To…<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>
We had a plan, that we never followed<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
But yet it still all ended up happening and working out in the end<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
Every single bed had 2 or 3 people sleeping it (Yes even the single top bunks)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
Even then there wasn't enough room, so we added mattresses between all the bunk beds<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
To Eat we all gathered around a bowl rather than a table<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
All our meals were cooked over this fire, in this one pot<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
For all 120 people<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
We experienced down pours, blackouts, water shortages and so much more<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
Music was accompanied only by a drum, played by one of the kids<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
Getting a drink of water after a meal required waiting in line<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
Creativity was essential even for changing a light bulb<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
Along with new dances there was also traditional dancing done<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"\"<\/a>
The bus was jammed with kids who sang the whole way down<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
