Easter was a wonderful time for us this year. \u00a0It was just pure joy to celebrate this holiday at church, then with our family and finally to share our celebration with our neighbors. \u00a0It was an added joy this year to celebrate both Cecil’s and Cindy’s Birthday on the same day. \u00a0Here are some pictures of our wonderful Celebration.<\/p>\n

Our celebration started at church with a Sunrise service<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"Such<\/a>
Such a good time with the family of God<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"Straight<\/a>
Straight from there we headed out to the village to begin meal preparations<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"Cecil<\/a>
Cecil was already there hard at work<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"We<\/a>
We prepared both chicken and meat<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"And<\/a>
And of course lots of sauce<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"I<\/a>
I was in charge of the plate arrangement<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"Joel<\/a>
Joel brought out our neighbors, who came to celebrate the day with us<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"I<\/a>
I never would have imagined being as comfortable here as we are and these two are a huge part of the reason<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"We<\/a>
We consider them parents and they call us there kids<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"They<\/a>
They have made us part of their family, a blessing beyond belief<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"We<\/a>
We do everything together as one family<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"We<\/a>
We might look like a strange family, but what a testimony of the true gift we have in Christ<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"After<\/a>
After the meal we went to visit those in the village we know<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"Our<\/a>
Our boys came around with us and had a blast chasing chickens, hunting pigeons<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"Arm<\/a>
and arm wrestling with friends<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"And<\/a>
Let’s be honest, they had a great time<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
\"Finally<\/a>
Finally we came back to celebrate these two wonderful ladies birthdays<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

What a great day it was. \u00a0We have so much to celebrate. \u00a0God has done so much in our lives and we hope that our lives continue to be an example of transformation he has made in us. \u00a0The Lord is Risen!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
