We have the chance to lead a team from our church to do some relief work in April.  We are excited about this opportunity to work in Haiti and to do it alongside others from our church who also have a passion to serve.  It has been good to see how God has brought the trip together and the people who will be going.<\/p>\n<p>Pastor Jehu has a home for street boys.  The house he was living in collapsed during the earthquake.  He is building a new house but it is far from finished!  We and five others will help with various projects to make it more livable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-59\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/joel-mcmartin\/files\/2011\/03\/P6170089-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Jehu\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/joel-mcmartin\/files\/2011\/03\/P6170089-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/joel-mcmartin\/files\/2011\/03\/P6170089.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Pastor Jehu and some of the boys he has rescued<\/p>\n<h4>Pray..<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>for Jehu and his ministry with street boys.  He has changed the lives of over a dozen kids &#8211; with the power of the gospel!  He hopes one day to have a home for 500 street boys!<\/li>\n<li>for our trip.  It is fast approaching and there is much to be done yet.  Pray for safety and that we would be willing to serve God and learn what he has to teach us during this time.<\/li>\n<li>for Haiti.
