<\/p>\nWednesday we left for our trip to Haiti. \u00a0It was quite an adventure at the airport with mistakes made on our boarding passes and baggage. \u00a0We almost missed our connecting flight, but by God’s grace we made it here on time! \u00a0The boys did fabulous sleeping through the long flight and running at command. \u00a0Joel and I were running on little to no sleep, but we arrived all in one piece.<\/p>\n
Leaving the airport and driving to Joel’s parents home, we got a tour of the\u00a0devastation. \u00a0Where houses lined the street, now there are tents. \u00a0However, the people here are amazingly\u00a0resilient, life continues to move on here and activities of life still happen.<\/p>\n
