Looking longingly out the window<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

By the end of the week, we could\u00a0definitely\u00a0see the impact the added stress of the country’s instability has put on us. \u00a0Although we do not feel in any immediate danger, \u00a0there are so many things that we have to consider each day. \u00a0Each morning we have to decided whether it is safe to send Ethan to school. \u00a0 We try to stay home whenever it isn’t necessary to leave, which means we have spent most of the week inside our home. \u00a0\u00a0If we do need to go out we have to check the safety of where we are headed.\u00a0 \u00a0By the end of the week the stress was taking a toll on the amount of patience we had in our parenting. \u00a0Sometimes the way we treat our children is a red flag that tells me we are doing things with our own strength. \u00a0As a family, we were able to get out today and let the kids run around outside. \u00a0It looks like the weekend will be a little more calm, which will hopefully bring some much needed rest. \u00a0Yet no matter what happens, I am\u00a0praying that God would help us even in the mist of added stress to be patient parents.<\/p>\n
