Sort of like we could see evidence of life the way it used to be, but we had a sense that it wouldn&#8217;t be the same again. He made many ways through wild places in order to give us hope, the chance to help others, and opportunities to peer into His face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emmanuel means &#8220;God with Us&#8221; and that was name given to Jesus, the Son of God, whose birth we celebrate this week. God with us is how we made it through this wilderness of a year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;re grateful for your company as we walked and we wish you a Merry Christmas and many moments to be amazed by the God who is with us!<br>If you had the chance to receive one of our prayer cards, you might have gotten a note in it with the words that are captured in this song by Andrew Peterson, &#8220;Behold the Lamb of God&#8221;.
