{"id":1652,"date":"2023-05-01T15:34:41","date_gmt":"2023-05-01T19:34:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/joel-potter\/?p=1652"},"modified":"2023-07-27T10:03:20","modified_gmt":"2023-07-27T14:03:20","slug":"april-and-may-prayer-requests","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/joel-potter\/2023\/05\/01\/april-and-may-prayer-requests\/","title":{"rendered":"April Through June Prayer Requests"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the main things we&#8217;re looking to the Lord for provision, patience, and wisdom in, from April through June. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/pottermission?sorting_setting=RECENT_ACTIVITY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Check out our ministry group on Facebook for updates and answers to these prayer requests.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our Finances: We have significant need and it starts with the Medicaid application (for Lynn&#8217;s Assisted Living costs) being accepted and maybe even us getting reimbursed for the months we\u2019ve paid out of pocket. We also need to see increased financial support. I don\u2019t say this lightly either; we\u2019re considering whether Bethany ought to get a part time job.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special funding for an upcoming ministry trip, over land in our 15 year old van; $1500 in fact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wisdom as we walk with our kids through things that they uniquely need the Lord in. We can lead them to the well but they have to choose to drink the sweet living water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wisdom, grace, and mercy in a situation we find ourselves in outside of our immediate family.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An laser focus on the the God of our salvation. Precious times of spiritual refreshment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A local church body where we can settle in as a home and eventually serve among.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should&nbsp;the Lord allow, some rest from the waves and the storm. Whether it\u2019s for our coming 20th anniversary or a family vacation later this summer.
