Sabbath = Day of rest.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the last years of our marriage, John and I have been searching of what it truly means, in our day and age, to have a Sabbath. We’ve learned a lot, let go of some ideas, acquired new ones. And part of this journey has been setting apart one day a week as our family’s Sabbath. A day with no scheduled meetings, no appointments, no long to-do list. So for our first “day of rest” back in Spokane, we decided to make it a fun family date: park, splash pad, picnic!<\/p>\n
