Very tiring.<\/p>\n<p>Especially after months of interrupted\u00a0sleep, hundreds of pages of homework to read within a couple of days, and busy afternoons and evenings filled with people, small groups, housework, and errands.\u00a0So the picture of John and me sitting on the couch with our laptops, eyes closed, and \u00a0our heads in an awkward I-fell-asleep-sitting-up kind of position is not too uncommon around here these days.<\/p>\n<p>One night last week\u00a0I woke up from one of those unplanned homework naps and found this on my screen:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/john-anyan\/files\/2014\/04\/dscn4888.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-490\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/john-anyan\/files\/2014\/04\/dscn4888.jpg?w=580\" alt=\"DSCN4888\" width=\"580\" height=\"434\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/john-anyan\/files\/2014\/04\/dscn4888.jpg 4000w, https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/john-anyan\/files\/2014\/04\/dscn4888-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.ethnos360.org\/john-anyan\/files\/2014\/04\/dscn4888-600x450.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I started laughing hysterically and woke up John (who had fallen asleep next to me doing homework) to show him&#8230; he was pretty disoriented and did not think it was that funny.
