Run a 4-mile-mostly-uphill race in 95 degree weather, of course! We call that the Cherry Pickers Trot and Pit Spit (and yes, that&#8217;s the actual name of the event).<\/p>\n<p>Well, let&#8217;s say that&#8217;s what <em>some<\/em> people do for fun. Like John. Not me. I stood on the sideline and ate vanilla ice cream. John got talked into it by one of his besties Michael (the same Michael that inspired Elias&#8217; middle name). Michael ended up beating John by several minutes, but considering that John only trained for a week (and is only days from turning 30 \ud83d\ude42 ), that&#8217;s not bad at all.
