Merry Christmas from the George Family!
We have certainly had a year of ups and downs, but are very thankful that you all are on our team praying for us and supporting us financially. Many of you have already heard that our return to PNG has been delayed one month due to my ongoing health issues. We are in the process of trying new medications that will hopefully help me return to PNG healthier and better equipped for life and ministry there. Please continue to pray that these medications work and that we will not be further delayed in our return. Right now our goal is to be back in New Guinea by the end of February.
As we reflect on a year of many obstacles and upheavals we are continuously comforted by the grace God has shown us through all of you! We counted up the hospital visits this year and realized that I had five surgeries/procedures and two trips to the ER. So many of you have sent letters, emails, gift cards, financial gifts, meals, and even presents for our kids that arrived at the perfect moment when we needed love or encouragement. We are so thankful for so many friends and family who hear and heed the Holy Spirit when He prompts your hearts in service to us and others! Thank you for your love and sacrifice that keeps us going to minister among the Hewa people of Papua New Guinea!
We love you all and hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas celebrating the birth of our Savior!
