Each missionary family had a file folder and in them\nwere kept the prayer letters that they sent to the school. During class we were\nassigned missionaries to pray for and we were given their file folder to read\ntheir letters for prayer requests. One time I was given a folder that was\ncompletely empty! I questioned how I could pray for someone if I didn\u2019t know\nanything about them. It was very discouraging. The son of the family I was\ngiven happened to be at the school, so I asked him about the empty file folder.\nI will never forget his response, \u201cThe missionaries with the empty file folders\nare the ones that need the most prayer. They are so busy that they don\u2019t have\ntime to write.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have not written in quite a long time and we want to\napologize for our \u201cempty file folder.\u201d We covet your prayers and desire to\nimprove our connection, so we would like to begin writing shorter notes to you\nmore frequently.
