This week has been incredible meeting just some of the many, many people who have prayed, encouraged & supported us–you all are a HUGE blessing in our lives & what a joy to finally meet & hug you along this road trip.
Part of our trip was spent helping collect the 3rd Kodiak for PNG. It was an overwhelming & emotional trip as Jon had the opportunity to fly the Kodiak for the first time, alongside our NTMA Chief Pilot Darren Spence. I was able to fly with him along with some of our dear NTM Aviation co-workers to help deliver it to NTMA in McNeal, AZ where our team of mechanics will get the plane ready for PNG.
Jon was so thankful to God to be able to pilot the aircraft with his prostethic leg & he was so thankful that his exercise & dedication helped him with the pedal work.
What a faith building & miraculous moment to see even more of our NTMA co-workers waiting for the arrival of this much prayed for Kodiak. God is good to us! With so much going wrong in this world, it is a wonderful thing to see our loving God is never changing in His care for us!!
Next stop was the Alliance & HSLDA conferences in Denton & Dallas Texas to share with the young people. Thanks for the opportunity & what fun to meet even more of our dear prayer partners!!
Back on the road today, please pray for continued safety on these roads.
Stay tuned for a short film about Jon’s accident story. Will post the link on FB & the blogs.
“You have hedged me behind and before, And laid Your hand upon me.
If I take the wings of the morning, And dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, Even there Your hand shall lead me, And Your right hand shall hold me. (Psalms 139:5, 9, 10 NKJV)
